Tricycle for handicapped sports people-modified hand pedal for symetrical movement to protect from back injury. (good for all handicapped). As many geers as a normal racing bike. "Fly-by-wire" geer change . Goes fast enough to be dangerous except perhaps on a race track! Sorry I cannot be more precise.
